THE BRIEF:

Panku was one of the brands I worked with at my time at Firestorm. They had counters in many Asda retailers across the country, and it was one of the largest accounts I had worked on. Panku needed a rethink of their brand guidelines, in aim of increasing understanding and accessibility.

THE PROBLEM:

Panku had a confused brand system from different designers contributing over the years, and this was filtering down into different stores and diluting the overall brand identity. I was asked to take on the task of applying some logic and order to them in order to combat these issues.

THE SOLUTION:

I conducted a full brand audit of all Panku brand documents over the years. This involved hours of deciphering what was what, and I then started to add some logic, reasoning and rules to the brand identity. I ended up starting afresh and compiling a new brand identity and guidelines document, that would later become the master document sent to all stores and suppliers. I also went on to create some updated POS for stores and social posts in line with the redefined rules, to solidify the redefined identity.
