THE BRIEF:
Wates Group Ltd were completing a tender proposal for the University of Huddersfield. They wanted illustration and graphics students to contribute a series of illustrations for their deck to enrich the design.
THE PROBLEM:
Wates wanted me to come up with a full page spread based on the theme of ‘Social Value’ for their proposal deck. It had to demonstrate my chosen illustration style and have a unique offering.
THE SOLUTION:
I came up with a stylised perspective illustration of some key buildings and features of the area within the tender, and I chose to work with Wates’ brand colours to fit the deck and aid cohesiveness.
